The location was excellent. It was near the Marina and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean.
In the room there was a weird smell. I do not know what it was, but it was burning my nose, and it was disgusting.

Central Location and Helpful Staff
central location helpful receptionist early check-in
The location was very central to the esplanade and restaurants. The hotel is near the bus station. The receptionist was helpful and tried to secure an early check-in. They stored my luggage when a room was not available.
Some staff were rude, not answering back to us. The lift door kept not closing when someone had used it so it wouldn't come to our level when called. We only had one pillow each and under the bed had not been cleaned.

Acceptable, but Some Issues Noted
strange odor cheap toiletries
The room felt quite stale, I must say. The air conditioning had a strange odor when I turned it on. The toiletries felt cheap and not very good. I wish the room had felt fresher and the amenities were better.
